Library Assistant (PT)

Part-time Library Assistant needed at the Sibley Cone Library. Position is 19 hours per week, mostly evening with some weekend shifts. Applicant will assist students with computer and research needs; circulate and shelve books; and maintain tidy shelves. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must and the ability to quickly learn computer programs. 

Minimum Requirements:  

• High School diploma
• Knowledge of library and information systems

Preferred:

• Degree in field of library science
• Part-time library assistant experience
• Excellent oral and interpersonal skills. Excellent computer skills.

 *Criminal background check and drug screen must be cleared before any candidate may begin working.
