Join the LuCrew as a remote Customer Service Agent—provide top-notch support, build customer relationships, and uphold our brand standards through exceptional communication and problem-solving.

We are currently hiring fully remote agents in the following states: PA, UT, GA, and TX. 

The shift is: 9 AM-5:30 PM PST, 10 AM-7:30 PM CST, and 11 AM-8:30 PM EST.

Job Summary 

We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable Customer Service Agent to join our fast-paced, high-volume contact center. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service across various channels, including chat, SMS, email, and phone. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at problem-solving, and is skilled in de-escalating challenging situations with professionalism and empathy. As a Customer Service Agent, you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and maintaining the company’s high standards of communication and conduct. You will use your knowledge of products, policies, and resolution techniques to address customer needs while building strong, lasting relationships to enhance service quality and customer retention. This is a full-time, remote (work-from-home) position that requires a quiet and distraction-free environment. 

 

 

 

What You'll Do

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across chat, SMS, email, and phone
  • Multitask effectively, switching between communication platforms and tools
  • Assist with order placement, site navigation, and purchasing decisions
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain a consistent tone and high-quality service across all communication mediums
  • De-escalate situations using problem-solving, communication, patience, and empathy
  • Manage a high volume of customer interactions (often simultaneously) while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Adhere to performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
  • Uphold the company’s brand standards in communication and conduct
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and communicate this to customers
  • Build rapport with customers to enhance service and promote customer retention
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues to help improve processes, products, or services
  • Participate in training to enhance skills and stay updated on company policies

 

What You'll Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience 
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Proficient use of computer and software applications (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Email)
  • Exceptional grammar and punctuation
  • Creative problem-solving skills, including the ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently
  • Ability to work remotely in a quiet and distraction-free workspace
  • Highly consistent internet connection to support VPN and VOIP (Lulus provides a stipend to pay for internet connectivity but you must have adequate infrastructure)
