Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will play a critical role in developing and enhancing HR processes as we scale to align with a fast-paced, high-growth organization. This role will assist the Director of Human Resources in building a strong HR foundation. The HR Generalist will focus on developing HR processes and workflows, executing HR initiatives, refining policies, and providing comprehensive HR support across the organization.

- HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain proper documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and related databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and refining HR policies, processes, and procedures to support company growth.
- Partner with leadership to support HR-related initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a trusted HR resource, addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct New Hire Orientation and guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand company policies and procedures.
- Administer new hire 90-day surveys, stay interviews, exit interviews, and employee surveys to gather insights and drive improvements.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including culture-building programs and retention strategies
- Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Manage payroll, benefits enrollment, and leave administration.
- Ensure employees are well-informed about benefits, wellness programs, and HR offerings.
- Assist with compensation benchmarking, salary structure analysis, and benefits enhancements.
