- Proficient with electronic communications including e-mail and text as well as standard office applications (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Proficient with CAD software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, Bentley)
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in project budget and schedule tools

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program
- 8+ years prior experience needed

- Engaged in life-long learning to maintain knowledge of contemporary issues
- Experience leading project team
Additional Qualifications, Certifications, etc.:
- Professional Engineer (PE), or equivalent

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Coordinate work with staff necessary to complete assignments
- Assist Project Manager in overseeing scopes, budgets, and schedules for project
- Prepare proposals to provide professional services
- Training and mentoring of staff
