Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Proficiency with electronic communications, including phone, email, and text.
- Experience dealing with customers firsthand, navigating difficult situations, and resolving issues to meet departmental commitments.
- Proven experience in making decisions while adhering to departmental guidelines.
Required Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of administrative and/or project management experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Prior experience in client/customer service.
- Experience in project coordinating.
- Some college preferred.
Additional Qualifications, Certifications, etc.:
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to think and work independently.
- Discretion in handling confidential information is required.
- Detail-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
- High level of communication proficiency.
