Required Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-year customer service
- 1-year administrative support
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 or more years customer service
- 3 or more years providing administrative support
- 1 or more years railroad experience
