We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! In this role you will play a critical part in fueling our rapid growth and high demand for the market’s top talent while navigating complex operational challenges and partnering with Continuant’s leadership in order to optimize our teams for greater scalability and impact. Job Duties:
- Partner with the talent team manager and leadership to target, identify and source the best possible candidates for current and future openings
- Work with hiring teams across the organization to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
- Actively recruit candidates and assess for best fit and longevity
- Assist HR and hiring managers by coordinating onboarding for all new hires
- Build and maintain a deep network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews with prospects and develop an ability to anticipate hiring manager needs and preferences
- Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives including best practice assessments, interview coaching, partnering with Marketing teams to build brand awareness, and collaborate with HR as needed
- Act as point of contact, ensuring consistent communication with candidates throughout the interview lifecycle
- Assist with the optimization and scaling of the Talent team in order to achieve hiring targets effectively
