QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Marketing preferred)
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in consumer goods; FMCG experience preferred.
- Proven track record in leading or participating in consumer research initiatives.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of product development processes.
- Strong grasp of 4P marketing methodology and practical application.
- Familiarity with consumer research logic and tools.
- General Competencies:
- Native U.S. cultural understanding (born and raised or long-term resident).
- Sharp intuition for consumer psychology and behavior.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and learning abilities.
- Optimistic, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working across time zones.
