Filevine Administrator


Based in Los Angeles, BD&J is California’s leading personal injury law firm, having recovered over $2 billion for our clients. We are proud of the results we achieve and the trust we’ve built with our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy FileVine Administrator to support and optimize our case management operations.

This individual will serve as the primary system administrator for FileVine, working closely with Legal Operations and department heads to ensure effective system use, workflow development, data integrity, training, and long-term efficiency across the firm.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as the firm-wide expert and primary administrator for FileVine case management software
  • Develop, implement, and maintain workflows, custom fields, and task flows
  • Troubleshoot user issues and serve as the liaison between departments and the FileVine support team
  • Train new hires and provide ongoing training and resources to existing staff
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper use across departments
  • Build dashboards, reports, and tools to support productivity and data-driven decision making
  • Support software integrations and evaluate new platform features for implementation
  • Assist in auditing usage and identifying areas for improvement in efficiency and compliance

Skills & Requirements:

  • Guaranteed Competitive pay plan.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in FileVine administration
  • Strong understanding of personal injury legal processes preferred
  • Excellent troubleshooting, technical, and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication for training and documentation
  • Proactive mindset with a drive to improve systems and processes
