Job Summary: The role of the Bartender is to provide an above and beyond service experience and to ensure that all guests are served beverages and/or food in a timely, friendly, and high-quality way that follows safety procedures for serving alcohol. It is also the responsibility of the Bartender to enrich the guests’ experience and always show genuine interest in their needs.Â

Job Responsibilities:Â
- Set up bar at beginning of shift.Â
- Make sure things are clean and stocked.Â
- Pick up and count bank.Â
- Cut fruit and make purees for the bar.Â
- Stock juices and other produceÂ
- Stock cups napkins and silverwareÂ
- Keep all beer and wine stocked.Â
- Keep ice wells filled.Â
- Greet all guests upon arrival.Â
- Keep the bar clean and sanitized.Â
- Upsell food and beverages.Â
- Attempt to anticipate the needs of guests.Â
- Close/ break down bar and clean all workspaces and equipment.Â
- Put all produce away ensuring it is safely stored for use the next day.Â
- Wipe/clean all bottles, wells, and surfaces.Â
- Clean beer tapsÂ
- Clean and maintain all frozen machines.Â
- Take trash to dumpster as needed.Â
- Brush and squeegee floors
- All other duties as assigned.
