Job Summary: The role of a server is to serve all guests and/or members and take care of their needs and requests as it pertains to their dining experience. You are also responsible for bringing the guest and/or members incredible customer service by menu and product knowledge, completing correct orders, timely/friendly service, and anticipating and accommodating any and all of the guests and/or members needs.Â
Job Responsibilities:Â

Ensure that food is prepared correctly and to customers satisfaction as well as company standards; returns incorrect or improperly cooked orders to kitchenÂ

Serves food and beverages to guests as per the restaurants standards in a friendly, timely and efficient mannerÂ

Ensure that the guests have a pleasant dining experienceÂ

Obtain complete knowledge about ingredients, flavors and suggestions about menu itemsÂ

Inform guests about special items for the day and menu changes.Â

Take food and beverage ordersÂ

Collect plates and clears the table as customers finish their mealsÂ

Obtain revenues, issue receipts, accept paymentsÂ

Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisorÂ

Complete pre-shift and post-shift duties including setup and teardown of certain stationsÂ

All other duties as assignedÂ
