Tasks:
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases to validate conformance with requirements and analyze risk to Logical Position Systems
- Design, develop, and execute test automation and end-to-end tests for functional and non-functional test scenarios to accurately maintain systems
- Identify, record, thoroughly document and track bugs to isolate and mitigate errors
- Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved to ensure that any changes have not led to further system errors
- Perform functional tests of software as needed to ensure all functionalities of applications are working as expected
- Estimate, prioritize and coordinate testing activities to assure the existence of clear and achievable standards
- Participate as a member of the Software Development team in building code and deploying applications based on proprietary software to pursue departmental common goals
- Participate in software engineering events such as stand-ups and planning sessions to increase department collaboration
- Lead and participate in the improvement process for Technology Development projects to help develop and support new and existing processes
- Work with the Business Analyst team to discover and refine project requirements

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong familiarity with software testing tools (Playwright, NUnit, jUnit, JMeter, Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
- Familiarity with .NET and .NET Core and the hosting and deployment of applications using a Microsoft-centric technology stack
- Familiarity with deployment pipelines or cloud CI/CD platforms
- Familiarity with front-end techniques and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript)
- Strong familiarity with issue tracking and documentation systems
- Prior experience in working as a member of a software development team
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in difficult situations
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital advertising and/or marketing preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
