POSITION SUMMARY:
The purpose of this position is to accurately complete measurements for installation of newly acquired jobs and provide warranty service after installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Evaluates jobs for installation and customer service issues.
- Makes appropriate recommendations for resolution and ensures issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Reviews job paperwork.
- Measures cabinets and countertops for material orders.
- Makes necessary templates.
- Inspects installations to ensure jobs are being installed according to company standards.
- Communicates problems to the Installation Manager.
- Conducts service calls to repair any plumbing and/or kitchen remodeling installation issues.
- Ensures company vehicle is serviced regularly, maintained in good working condition, and kept neat, clean and secure at all times.
- Maintains a valid drivers’ license and a clean record in order to operate company-owned vehicles.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
- Helps monitor company materials and supplies to ensure they are being used appropriately and efficiently.
- Assists with installer training for purposes of cross training installers on measuring jobs.
- Assists with all installation/service functions of the assigned territory.
- Practices compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned to meet business needs.
ABILITIES AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to drive vehicle for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per day).
- Must be proficient in reading & writing, using the English language
- Must have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must have the ability to work independently
- Must have competency with computers & other electronic office/business equipment
- Must have a sense of urgency and react quickly and decisively to the needs of the business.
EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must Complete and pass a background check, physical, drug test and human performance evaluation.
Complete installation training prior to assuming responsibilities. Must be at least 21 years of age.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must have Lead Renovator Certificate.

Must be able to work in all types of environments under all types of weather conditions.
