We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Designer who lives and breathes creative content. You’ll be the go-to creative for all things design and layout that supports the Sales and Marketing teams. From crafting attention-grabbing presentations and click-inducing emails to designing infographics, web pages, and all-around digital magic, your work will help us stand out. You’ll also dabble in a little copywriting— social posts, web copy and email campaigns that get people hyped.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS may include but are not limited to:
- Make Cool Sh*t – you’ve got the talent and the drive to turn boring into brilliant
- Self-Starter – you take the initiative to get things done
- Own it - update content as needed, including presentations, infographics, web content, etc.
- Brand Champion - maintain marketing style guides and corporate marketing templates
- Web Wizard- support for portal and web site administration and other activities
- Speed Demon - able to work well in a fast-paced environment, on deadline and be highly productive
- Other core expectations will be defined by your direct supervisor/manager
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Graphic layout skills and mastery relative to web, printed material and presentations
- Excellent writing and editing skills, and strong communication skills
- Ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously and demonstrate a sense of urgency, when required
- Must exhibit a curious, positive, team-oriented, enthusiastic approach
- Adaptive, effective communication and interpersonal skills with those of diverse organizational levels and backgrounds
- Coordinate with outside contractors for corporate collateral and promotional materials
- Ability to leverage a variety of resources and work through others
- The desire to shine in a fast-paced environment

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, marketing communications, or journalism strongly preferred
- Required: Showstopping portfolio that showcases relevant work
- Required: Mastery of design programs (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Bonus Points: Experience with CRM software (i.e. HubSpot)
- Bonus Points: Experience with WordPress
