SALARY RANGE

$60,000 - $70,000

 

POSITION LOCATION

 

This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. Currently 5 days of on-site work per month are required. 

 

POSITION PURPOSE

 

This position serves as a point of contact for clients regarding product/service delivery and overall client service satisfaction. Coordinates closely with other departments to ensure that the products and services delivered meet clients’ expectations and are within scheduled deadlines. Projects and maintains the company’s professional image. Keeps management aware of client activities and significant problems.

 

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES      

 

  • Communicate with clients via personal visits or phone calls regarding relevant concerns, necessary product enhancements, and suggestions for improvements to products.
  • Assist other departments with direct client communication as needed.
  • Introduce new products/services to existing and potential clients and conduct product and service demonstrations as appropriate.
  • Provide clients with thorough and timely quotes on all product and service proposals.
  • Represent company at industry seminars and trade conventions as required.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client objectives and assesses their business strategies and needs in relation to their objectives.
  • Ensure effective ongoing communication with clients to maintain high levels of customer retention.
  • Track and resolve problems effectively and with a sense of urgency.
  • Act as a resource and support to clients throughout the business relationship.
  • Promote goodwill and a positive image of the company.
  • Foster a cooperative team environment.
  • Keep management well informed of area activities and any significant problems.
  • Complete assigned documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Keep work area clean, secure, and well maintained.
  • Complete special projects as assigned. 
  • Attend and participate in meetings, conference calls, and seminars as required.

 

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and experience in relationship management required.
  • Two (2) years of experience in relationship management (required).
  • Three to five (3-5) years of experience in relationship management (preferred).

 

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong knowledge of specific relationship management strategies.
  • Knowledge of financial institution processing concepts and how Symitar products are positioned and developed, preferred.

 

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

 

Special

  • No hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditions (such as in a typical office).
  • Up to 50% day/overnight in-state and out-of-state travel, including possible weekend travel.
  • Evening or weekend hours as required.
  • On-call responsibilities may apply.
  • Long duration of computer workstation usage.
