Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to ensure timely and accurate project accounting.
- Ability to make decisions and seize opportunities in alignment with business objectives.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and strong electronic communication skills.

Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in project accounting within an engineering, architecture, or construction company.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Experience using accounting software for project financial management.
- Familiarity with certified payrolls and prevailing wage requirements.
- Experience in Accounts Payable (A/P) and collections.
