Tribal Tech, LLC is in search of a Master Trainer who will work closely with Project Managers and other team members in designing training courses, leading training sessions, and assessing training impact for clients and employees regarding Indigenous, Tribal, and Native American history, issues, and concerns.

Location: Tribal Tech Headquarters or Remote
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough needs assessment with the client and determine specific learning objectives to create and deliver onsite and web-based trainings with a specific focus on Native American subject matter.
- Serves as a subject-matter expert in the identification, design, and development of course curricula and lesson plans within the subject matter areas as identified by the client.
- Utilize learning tools including: Thinkific, Power Point, and learning activities to meet the client’s needs based on their funding requirements and population.
- Effectively manages participants, engages a variety of learning styles, creates an effective positive learning environment, and solves for training challenges.
- Assesses and reports training results, recommends ways to deepen relationship with client and extend outreach with similar organizations.
- Provides technical assistance to previously trained organizations as needed.
- Stays abreast of best practices in learning and development to continuously develop methods for renewing/refreshing training materials.
- Manages own travel arrangements. Submits expense reports for reimbursements.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience working with underserved communities, especially Native American/Alaska Native communities, strongly preferred.
- Adult learning principles and methodologies
- Prior successful experience in professional training, instructional design and development, and training delivery particularly in regards to Indigenous, Tribal, and Native American history, issues, and concerns.
- Experience working with Thinkific, Smartsheet, MS Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and other online collaborative tools.
- Experience using Zoom platform as a host/presenter is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated success in working in an in person/virtual environment.
- Ability to think strategically and manage multiple tasks and deliver quality results under tight deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
- Must be able to favorably pass a background investigation.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, English, or related field OR equivalent education and experience.
- 4+ years of related experience in in curriculum and instruction.
