CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

As a member of the Memorial Hospital of Carbon County’s administrative team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will participate in the financial decision-making processes necessary for the successful attainment of the hospital's mission in addition to maintaining an awareness of changes in healthcare matters that could have an impact on the financial success of the hospital.  We are seeking an experienced CFO that will be a working Director with a hands-on approach to daily operations within the organization.

•    Experience with Cost Reports and Critical Access Hospitals and track record of success required. 
•    Experience with Revenue Cycle, including Managed Care Contracting/Performance and track record of success required.
•    Experience with Supply Chain/Materials Management and track record of success required.
 

Licensure/Certification/Registration: MBA or CPA preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:  A minimum of five years of CFO experience within a Critical Access Hospital environment preferred, but not required. 
Previous experience with Not-For-Profit hospital setting preferred, but not required.
Experience with leading the financial audit and cost report process.
Manager experience required and must be proficient in written and verbal communications
