Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or an Associate Degree.
- 4 years related experience in a related role.
- Basic knowledge and experience in energy efficiency and green building principles.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to bring together various resources to work together collaboratively.
- Excellent organization, presentation and analytical skills.
- Advanced-level knowledge of MS365 Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Additional Desirable Qualifications:
- Knowledge and understanding of the Department of Energy’s Weatherization Assistance Program.
- Building Performance Institute Certification (EA, QCI, MFBA).
- Advanced proficiency with energy modeling software (Weatherization Assistant, NEAT, TREAT, EA-QUIP, MulTEA).
- Familiarity with local, state and federal incentive and rebate programs.
- Ability to perform energy audits, cost savings analyses, fuel data analyses, construction management on single family and multifamily buildings.
- Sound technical writing skills and experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship.
