Responsibilities:
The Program Coordinator may be expected to assist with:
- Supporting load management, energy efficiency, renewable energy and/or building decarbonization program implementation.
- Conducting outreach and intake to program participants and stakeholders, in both English and Spanish.
- Providing customer support to program participants, in both English and Spanish.
- Dispatching and tracking equipment to program participants.
- Developing program materials, forms, process documents, in both English and Spanish.
- Developing and updating marketing materials, presentation and websites, in both English and Spanish.
- Communicating about the program to stakeholders including inquiries received from general program email inbox and hotline as well as representing the program at conferences and in-person events and tours as needed, in both English and Spanish.
- Gathering, analyzing, and reporting program data such as program pipeline, measure savings, benchmarking and other utility data, project savings, regional project distribution, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or an Associate Degree.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to bring together various resources to work together collaboratively.
- Basic-level knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Additional Desirable Qualifications:
- 1 year related experience in a related role.
- Basic knowledge and experience in energy efficiency and green building principles.
Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship.
