Location
This position is open to all locations. While the preference is in a location with one of our existing offices (Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, or Colorado), we are also open to fully-remote arrangements.

Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of facility space planning and analysis including, but not limited to, facility assessment, space utilization, data analytics, benchmarking comparisons, space gap analysis, future needs projections, and space organization. Responsibilities may occur as dedicated projects or as part of larger master planning efforts in conjunction with other disciplines.
- Develop, and/or institute methods for aggregating, analyzing, calculating, and visualizing space data for use in client engagement, planning documents, and benchmarking databases.
- Research space use trends and metrics across multiple sectors, including higher education, laboratories, and commercial workplaces.
- Collaborate with client leadership and master planning team of architects, engineers, and landscape architects to provide integrated solutions for strategic, academic, and/or physical planning objectives.
- Organize and lead meetings and other engagement efforts with a wide variety of client stakeholders, including leadership, staff, faculty, students, public, facilities personnel, and others as applicable to discuss and develop space use strategy, vision, objectives, and plans.
- Develop, organize, and produce final reports that convey outcomes and recommendations in written and graphic forms.
