JOB SUMMARY

To meet one-on-one with clients, or in small groups, in order to design and oversee more personalized work-outs that help participants reach their individual fitness goals.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Certification through an NCCA accredited or NBFE affiliated personal training program. If listed and marketed through BWC, must also demonstrate competency in our assessment protocols and prescribing corrective exercise.*

* Exceptions include those with specialized offerings in personal training such as Pilates, or Golf Fitness, etc.

Licensure: CPR Certification

Experience: Prefer 2-3 years minimum of workout participation and/or training experience.

Skills: Must possess excellent verbal communication skills, ability to motivate various populations to exercise, and be able to create appropriate exercise recommendations. Must be in exceptional physical condition, energetic, enthusiastic and customer service oriented.
