- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar philanthropic or nonprofit role, with a focus on grants management, financial operational due diligence, or monitoring.
- Experienced in utilizing grants management databases software and systems.
- Commitment to accuracy and high level of attention to detail.
- Motivated and results oriented.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely completion of work to meet various deadlines.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
- A demonstrated ability and interest in working independently on a wide range of issues, as well as the ability to cross-collaborate and establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of individuals.
- Ability to travel occasionally for conferences or meetings.

Compensation
This is a full-time, exempt position. The Mother Cabrini Health Foundation expects to pay an annual salary in the range of $90,000-$105,000 for this role.

- This position involves prolonged periods of working on a computer and being in a high-rise office environment for most of the scheduled work week.
