Duties/Responsibilities: Identifying duties and tasks that comprise about 90 to 95 percent of the work done and listing tasks in order of the time consumed (or, sometimes, in order of importance).
- Data Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Utilize statistical techniques and data analysis tools to extract meaningful information that supports business objectives.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop and deliver clear, concise, and informative reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Ensure reports are tailored to meet the needs of different stakeholders and provide actionable insights.
- Business Collaboration: Work with business units to understand their requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. Provide support in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance.
- Insight Generation: Interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to drive business improvements. Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and analytics. Propose and implement enhancements to improve data processes and analytical capabilities.
- Documentation & Training: Create and maintain documentation for BI tools, processes, and methodologies. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of BI resources.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Familiarity with data analysis and statistical techniques is required.

Education and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is essential.
