Plumber Apprentice

Overview: 

All Temps Personnel has partnered with a company that services the communities surrounding Victoria, Texas, with plumbing services and products for over 35 years.  ***RESUME REQUIRED***

• Deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive experience that encourages repeat business.
• Help licensed plumbers with tasks like pipe fitting, soldering, installing fixtures (faucets, toilets, water heaters, etc.), clearing drains, and finding problems.
• Safely prepare and handle tools, equipment, and materials for jobs.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, respecting client property.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance according to company standards.
• Learn and follow relevant plumbing codes, safety rules, and best practices for high-end homes.
• Learn to read blueprints and plans with guidance.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and clients.
•  Perform other tasks as needed to help complete jobs efficiently and keep clients happy.
• Be knowledgeable of company products and services
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

• Prior work experience, or related field is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent and /or GED equivalent preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual preferred (but not required)
