- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; open to candidates 6-12 months from licensure.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design and project leadership.
- Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering design software.
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards, IMC, IPC, and other applicable codes.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite preferred.
