Preferred Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 5+ years of experience in corporate, construction, or commercial contract law.Â
- Experience with Florida lien laws and enforcement in the construction industry
- Familiarity with construction project lifecycle, vendor contract terms and conditions, lease agreements, etc.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills—able to work with both legal teams and operational staff
- Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives and build scalable internal systems
