As a member of our growing production crew, you’ll share our dedication and passion to high quality beer as you work daily in our cellar and coordinate with the brewhouse and packaging crews to meet production schedules.

The schedule for this role is Saturday-Wednesday from 2-10 (days off Thurs-Fri). Most days you’ll be working in the cellar monitoring general fermentation, transferring beer from fermentation to bright beer tanks and minimizing loss through careful monitoring. You will also harvest and manage yeast strains, along with the processes to dry hop and fine beers.  Prioritization also goes to sanitation in the cellar to ensure quality processes and tasty beer, including CIP of fermentation, conditioning, and bright beer tanks. You will also be expected to occasionally share our story as a representative at various events and functions. 

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

  • Keep a safe working environment in the brewery for employees, guests, and self
  • Analyze conditioned and bright beer to ensure it meets packaging specifications
  • Sample each batch during brewing, fermentation and packaging to ensure quality and adherence to recipe and Revolution standards
  • Work with Head Brewer and Quality Control to obtain and test samples for the laboratory
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
  • Other duties as assigned by Lead Cellar Operator and Brewery Manager

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of continual, hands on cellar experience is required, formal education is not needed for this role
  • Experience with 50+ BBL brewhouse is preferred
  • Experience operating forklifts and scissor lifts in a safe manner
  • Experience using GSuite preferred; OrchestratedBEER is a plus
  • A positive attitude and high work ethic, with a willingness to learn and collaborate in a team driven environment
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Available to potentially work rotating overnights during increased production schedules
