Generally, any combination of education that would provide the required knowledge and skills for successful performance would qualify. A typical method of demonstrating these requirements would be:
EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of data management work experience with data reconciliation, quality control, and field mapping experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
KNOWLEDGE OF:
- Knowledge of Student Information Systems (PowerSchool, Aeries, etc.), attendance administration and CALPADS
- Knowledge of Java Script, Java, and SQL programming a plus
- Familiar with system analysis and process improvement practices
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel a plus.
- Proper and effective use of English grammar and communication skills (oral and written)

Experience with the following is a plus:
- Abila Non-Profit Accounting (formerly Sage MIP)
- Any third-party database experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Work indoors in a standard office environment
