POSITION SUMMARY:
Episcopal Community Services Coordinated Entry ends homelessness for over one thousand adults every you by connecting some participants with permanent supportive housing and others with housing options outside of the homeless response system. The Coordinated Entry program is one of ECS’ largest, and reaches over 7,000 participants per year in our offices, on the street, and at shelters city-wide. The Data and Impact Analyst will partner with Coordinated Entry program leadership to provide actionable data and insights in support of the ongoing operation of the program.
Reporting to the ECS Director of Impact and Analytics, the Data & Impact Analyst will work closely with the Coordinated Entry team to ensure that the program has effective systems for data collection, reporting, and data quality management. They will be responsible for delivering accurate, consistent, and timely information to stakeholders both across and outside the agency.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, deliver, and update reports for internal and external stakeholders, including both routine and ad-hoc reports.
- Assist in the development of program output, outcome, evaluation, and compliance goals and design systems to track them within the program.
- Monitor the quality and timeliness of program data across data systems. Ensure that data quality meets goals by partnering with program staff to develop and deliver reports, trainings, coaching, and other resources.
- Train program staff to use required data systems, including both initial and follow-up trainings as needed.
- Maintain a schedule of all required compliance reporting for assigned programs, prepare compliance reports for review, and submit approved compliance reports to funders. Ensure that external reporting is timely and accurate.
- Perform system administration tasks in data systems. Adapt and improve systems to support continuous improvement of program operations, data quality, and participant experience.
- Perform data entry, cleaning, and validation in both ECS-run and external data systems.
- Create, maintain, and update filing systems for data files, both physical and electronic.
- Attend all meetings as assigned.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
- Scan, copy, fax, and store documents as needed.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
