Education / Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline or equivalent and at least 5 years of work experience in manufacturing required.

- Skilled in the use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Additional classwork in management courses and problem-solving techniques such as statistical process control, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA’s, and process mapping
Travel Required:
Up to 10% travel, in support of customer and supplier visits
