Description

SUMMARY:

The Digital Campaign Associate will be responsible for managing digital content, analyzing customer engagement metrics, implementing online engagement strategies to enhance customer interaction and support, and assisting the Campaign Coordinator in monitoring data trends of leads.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Implement digital engagement strategies to optimize online customer interactions and experiences
  • Manage and optimize Direct’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
  • Monitor online conversations and participate proactively to build brand visibility and notify senior digital management to address customer inquiries and issues promptly
  • Analyze digital engagement data to identify trends, track KPIs, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Direct teams to create engaging and relevant content, including blogs, articles, and social media posts
  • Develop targeted email campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Regularly report on digital engagement metrics and provide insights and recommendations to senior digital management
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and communications
  • Support the creation of campaign and drip: emails, advertisements, landing pages, newsletters, flyers, bios, etc.
  • Assist in Direct tasks on a campaign basis, such as cleaning prospects list and data clean-up
  • Effectively monitor and update various duties/projects with digital division leadership within Monday.com
  • Write and provide copy for emails, scripts, etc. for campaigns
  • Monitor campaign data, reporting trends, issues, etc.
  • Review all activities relating to the public, customers, and companies to avoid issues involving potential errors and omissions
  • Participate in seminars and other training to maintain required licenses and for knowledge and skill development

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Excellent project management skills
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Versed in Windows/MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and Flash)
  • Strong writing and content editing skills
  • Creative, with a drive to learn
  • Well organized, with a strong attention to detail
  • Flexible, with creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, changing priority environment
  • Self-motivated, with the initiative to prioritize and be self-directed
  • Strong PC skills, with a focus on the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) as well as agency management systems
  • Regular and punctual attendance is required
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally, and in writing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both colleagues and managers, across all levels
  • Ability to promote, and maintain a team environment, willing to find accommodating solutions for our customers, companies, and the Agency
  • Ability to successfully adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as maintain strict confidentiality

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 Years previous Marketing experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous insurance industry experience preferred

 

WORKING CONDITIONS AND REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS:

  • Fast-paced, multi-tasking, office environment with periodic high disruption and changing priorities
  • Ability to perform approximately 80% sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and negligible force frequently
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
  • Requires operation of a computer workstation, including keyboard and video display
