Wilson College seeks a tenure-track Assistant Professor to teach a range of general business courses for our in-person business program in Chambersburg, PA and online as well. The incumbent will teach a 3/4 course load, engage in practice-led or academic scholarship, and participate in service to the College. Instruction will range from introductory to upper-level coursework in an undergraduate program and may include a mix of the following (depending on interest and expertise):  

  • Finance
  • Business Management
  • Economics
  • Marketing 

This is a 10-month position, and the incumbent will assist the director in developing a cooperative learning program.  

TIME-FRAME:  Review of applications begins immediately and will continue until the position is filled. The interview process begins online in March, with campus interviews to follow. The expected start date is in August 2025. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: An M.B.A. or other master’s degree in an appropriate subject area and some work experience related to business in the private or public sectors.  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: A doctoral degree in business management, marketing, finance, economics, or a related discipline. Candidates who are ABD will be considered.
