Wilson College has an immediate opening for a full-time, Director of Equestrian Teams that will provide overall excellence in leading the development of two competitive varsity riding programs, including serving as the Head Coach for Western Team, with oversight of Hunt Seat.

The Director of Equestrian Teams, reporting to the Director of Athletics, is responsible for all aspects of a successful program, including compliance with College, IHSA and other applicable, intercollegiate rules and regulations. Duties include but are not limited to recruiting and mentoring academically and athletically talented student-athletes, implementation of successful strategies for program growth and competitiveness, fiscal management, supervising the Hunt Seat Coach and other administrative duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree required and demonstrated successful collegiate Western coaching, recruiting, and riding experience. Valid driver’s license, and background check clearance required.
