Summary
Responsible for human resource administrative functions incuding scheduling pre-employment screenings, MVRs and background checks; assemble new hire infrmationÂ

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Schedule pre-employment drug screens and backgrund checks for all candidates.
- Request motor vehicle reports and obtain insurance documents, as required.
- Initiate new hire electronic onboarding, complete I-9 form and process E-Verify.
- Track and submit referral bonus payments to Payroll department.
- Filing and organizing recruitment documentation.Â
- Answer general employee questions and direct requests to appropriate party.
- Other administrsative duties as needed.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma and one to two years administrative or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to talk or hear.
