We are seeking a highly skilled professional who can bridge the gap between communication strategy and project execution. This role is responsible for driving clear, consistent, and engaging organizational communications while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and a strategist—someone who can craft compelling messages, foster alignment across teams, and manage complex initiatives from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Communication
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies that support organizational goals and culture.
- Serve as the point of contact for leadership communication, ensuring messages are clear, timely, and aligned with company values.
- Create and manage content across multiple channels (intranet, newsletters, town halls, leadership briefings, etc.).
- Partner with HR, Operations, and Executive leadership to shape change-management messaging.
- Monitor communication effectiveness and adjust strategies based on employee engagement and feedback.
Project Management
- Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and budgets are met.
- Build and maintain project timelines, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Facilitate collaboration between departments, serving as a liaison to align communication and project goals.
- Implement project management tools and best practices to enhance transparency and accountability.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
