Qualifications
Education(required):
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) Required
Experience(required):
- 1 year experience in an office related position preferred.
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Ability to give/receive complex verbal instructions/descriptions to/from supervisors/co-workers/employees concerning store/department policy/procedures and use of equipment.
- The ability to read and write English.
- Basic Data entry and computer skills
- Organization and attention to detail is a must.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Standing/ walking up 100% of work hours.
- Hand use: Grasping, manipulation, pushing and pulling. Work also may require bending, squatting and reaching.
- Exposure to temperatures: Freezing (<32 degrees Fahrenheit), and warm temperatures (>90 degrees Fahrenheit). Ability to work in cold and wet environments.
Work Environment Note:
Inside work with transitions of heat/cold/humidity/dust from backdoor/compressors/cooler/freezer/preparation area.
