Midway University is activity recruiting for individuals to teach our non-major general biology courses on campus.

As an adjunct faculty member, you will provide program instruction incorporating innovative teaching methodologies and personalized learning experiences aligned with the University Mission.  We are looking for energetic individuals who have a passion about teaching exceptional quality instruction on our beautiful campus in Midway, Kentucky.  

Fall 2024 Course Schedule

BIO 155     Class Lecture     Tuesday/Thursday  8-9:15 am and  09:20 - 10:35 am

BIO 156     Lab(s)           Tuesday/Thursday  2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

• Master’s degree in Biology field and at least 18 graduate credit hours in your discipline to teach Undergraduate classes.
• Prior collegiate level teaching experience also highly desirable
• Willing to learn or have experience in instructional technologies to teach traditional face to face courses.
• Competency in computer usage and software applications, including Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• All adjunct faculty must take Canvas training before teaching at Midway University. Canvas is the online platform used by the University.
