- Strong knowledge of production of software.
- Experience with imbalances.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details to develop, refine and implement initiatives targeted at accurate, efficient and timely production reporting.
- Familiarity with SCADA.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills to maintain production system and to troubleshoot complex issues for accurate reporting.
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to details to produce quality and accurate work.
- Effective prioritization, organization and multi-task skills to beat of meet required deadlines.
- Self-starter; thrives in a lean team, fast-paced environment and with limited degree of direction.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, business or relevant equivalent experience
- 7+ years of Oil and Gas Production experience
- 4+ years of Oil and Gas Accounting experience
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

- Previous experience in Oil and Gas Exploration & Production
- 2+ years production reporting analyst experience in Exploration and Production
- Experience with volume or production related software: Cygnet or Flowcal
- NM, TX or WY production reporting experience
