Required Qualifications:

2+ years of recruiting experience, preference given to Cyber Security and or technology-industry recruiting experience, with a proven track record of hiring top-tier talent

Strong analytical and reporting skills, to include familiarity with a variety of recruitment KPIs

Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
-
Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and potential job candidates
-
Expertise in working with HRIS (PayCom preferred) and cutting-edge recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo OS applicant tracking systems preferred)
Preferred:
-
Experience with or knowledge of AI
-
Experience with M&A
-
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations for the industry

Experience documenting and implementing a successful process to manage talent acquisition
Additional Details

This is primarily a remote, full-time position.
-
This role would require occasional travel.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

While SBS does offer a flexible work environment, the standard days and hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT.

On rare occasions, this position may require some after-work hours due to workload or a tight deadline.
