Senior ASP.NET Developer

About the Role

You will develop and maintain revenue cycle management (RCM) systems specializing in Complex Claims, Workers Compensation, VA claims, and denials management. This role leverages your ASP.NET expertise and Blazor skills within our Azure cloud infrastructure. You'll collaborate with RCM specialists and healthcare providers to deliver solutions that improve reimbursement rates and ensure regulatory compliance. 

Our ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare revenue operations and skilled in building efficient, scalable systems. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop RCM solutions on Azure for Complex Claims, Workers Compensation, VA claims, and denials management. 
• Build automation systems for claims processing and revenue recovery. 
• Create data extraction pipelines from insurance portals and government systems. 

• Utilize ASP.NET and Blazor with Azure App Services, SQL Database, and Storage solutions. 

• Ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance with secure data handling and audit trails. 
• Mentor the team in Azure best practices and RCM domain knowledge.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development with expertise in ASP.NET (Web Forms or MVC) and C#, with a willingness to transition to modern frameworks like Blazor. 
• Azure cloud experience, including App Services, SQL Database, Storage, and Azure DevOps. 
• SQL Server proficiency with complex stored procedures and large RCM datasets. 
• JavaScript skills for dynamic frontend development. 
• Experience in revenue cycle management, including Complex Claims, Workers Compensation, VA claims, or denials management. 
• Web automation experience for portal integration and data extraction. 
• Experience in developing fee calculators based on state-specific Workers Comp fee schedules.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Blazor development experience (Server and WebAssembly). 
• Knowledge of advanced Azure services like Functions or Logic Apps. 
• Familiarity with healthcare billing or RCM processes.

Technical Environment

• Core Stack: ASP.NET Web Forms and .NET Core 8/9 with Blazor Server/WASM and Azure SQL Database. 
• Azure Services: App Services, Storage, DevOps. 
• Frontend: JavaScript, responsive interfaces.
