POSITION SUMMARY
The Team Member Experience Generalist related duties at the professional level and handles responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, training, talent acquisition/recruiting, recognition programs, benefits and safety. Reports to Director of Team Member Experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with all internal and external TMED-related matters.
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Investigate complaints brought forward by Team Members.
- Coordinate Team Member development plans and performance management.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
- Produce and submit reports on general Team Member activity.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Conducts and analyzes team member Survey as part of our Team Member Engagement Initiatives.
