- Dynamic Facilitation Skills: Proven ability to deliver engaging, interactive, and impactful learning sessions both virtual and in-person environments, tailoring delivery to meet diverse learner needs.
- Learner-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of adult learning principles, with a demonstrated ability to create a supportive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment that fosters knowledge retention and skill application.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly, facilitate meaningful discussions, and adapt messaging base on audience needs.
- Adaptability and Agility: Ability to adjust instructional techniques and course content in response to feedback and changing business needs. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and delivering results in a face-paced, evolving environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Expertise with Learning Management Systems (LMS), SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning standards.
- Collaborative and Agile: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on agility and adaptability.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required with at least 3-5 years of experience in learning delivery or facilitation, preferably in a corporate or customer-facing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering engaging and impactful learning experiences.
- Proficiency in utilizing virtual platforms like Teams for learning delivery and learner engagement.
- Experience in using LMS to manage learning logistics, track learner progress, and evaluate learning outcomes.
- Proven ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment and encourage active participation and knowledge retention.
- Experience in facilitation in a corporate group setting is required.
