Project Analyst

We are hiring a Project Analyst who will work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, farm operations, plant science, and project management to solve problems and implement solutions within tight timeframes. You'll be responsible for identifying and addressing project bottlenecks, creating detailed plans, and gathering requirements to execute effective solutions. Building strong relationships with stakeholders is essential to driving smooth operations and achieving key objectives.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Cross-functional collaboration: You’d be partnering with multiple teams (engineering, farm, plant science, maintenance, project management) to troubleshoot and develop solutions on tight timelines.
• Facilitation and communication: By leading discussions and structuring complex information, you ensure clear communication across all functions, synthesizing project findings, and agreeing on next actions.
• Bottleneck identification and resolution: This involves anticipating project roadblocks, prioritizing them, and finding efficient solutions.
• Project planning and coordination: You develop detailed plans and execute them, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, including executive and project management teams.
• Requirement gathering and solution implementation: You work with engineering to gather farm system requirements and design and implement solutions that align with the desired outcomes.
• Stakeholder collaboration and influence: Your role requires building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders to facilitate efficient operations and outcomes.

What we look for in a Project Analyst:

• 1-3+ years of experience in a project management role, ideally in a fast-paced environment; startup or management consulting experience preferred. 
• Creative and rigorous problem solving mindset, and have demonstrated this ability with past experiences and projects
• Strong foundation with Google suite, Microsoft suite, Slack, Asana, and other project management tools.
• Strong English proficiency
• PMP certification or training is a plus!
