Maintenance Custodian

Summary: Goldey-Beacom College Facilities Department is currently accepting applications for a Full-time Maintenance Custodian. The holder of this position will support the Lead Custodian during assigned shifts.
Key Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Disinfecting of classroom chairs, desks white boards and other classroom furniture to ensure a healthy learning environment
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms in accordance with established practices and procedures
- Sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming hallways and stairways, emptying and cleaning ash trays and cigarette receptacles, cleaning windows, and wiping down walls
- During inclement weather, candidate must be able to report to campus to clear walkways of snow and clean up during snowstorms.

Months per Year: 12
Hours per Week: 37.5; evenings and weekend coverage will be required.
FLSA: Non-Exempt
