Assistant Professor Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of relevant field experience in Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of teaching experience in their field of expertise in higher education and must be prepared to demonstrate their teaching effectiveness and commitment to cultivating student talent
- Master’s degree required; a terminal degree (Ph.D.) in a related field is preferred
- Candidates who are ABD, or who have graduate coursework or exceptional industry experience in applied data or business analytics and appropriate software certifications are also encouraged to apply
- Passion for teaching excellence and fostering an inclusive learning environment with a commitment to engaging and serving diverse populations
- Proficiency in R and/or Python is highly valued, along with a working knowledge of SQL

Associate Professor Qualifications (in addition to the above):
- Currently hold the rank of Associate Professor
- Minimum of five (5) years of full-time teaching experience at a four-year college or university
- Strong record of excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service
- Upon receiving a job offer, the candidate must provide proof of rank

Salary Range:
- Assistant Professor: $75,000-$85,000
- Associate Professor: $85,000-$95,000
