Summary:Â Goldey-Beacom College seeks a passionate and innovative Assistant or Associate Professor of Human Services to join our dynamic faculty. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape and expand our Human Services program, fostering a student-centered learning environment and preparing future professionals to make a meaningful impact in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality instruction in undergraduate Human Services courses, integrating real-world applications and experiential learning.
- Play a leading role in program development, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation.
- Develop and expand undergraduate curriculum, with a long-term vision of establishing a Master of Social Work (MSW) program.
- Oversee and coordinate internship and practicum experiences for Human Services and Psychology majors, building strong partnerships with community organizations.
- Actively contribute to program growth and strategic planning to meet the evolving needs of students and the profession.
- Collaborate with faculty across departments to create interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
- Engage in assessment and accreditation activities to uphold academic excellence and program integrity.

Salary Range:
- Assistant Professor: $62,000 - $66,000
- Associate Professor: $69,000 - $74,000
