POSITION SUMMARY 

The Night Auditor is responsible for all inquiries by phone or email, while working with other departments to ensure the guest/student receives the best possible Kripalu experience.  The Night Auditor also supports the call center and the front desk. This role answers all guest/students' inquiries about online and onsite programming and various amenities.  He/she would have the additional responsibility of preparing and performing all the end of day procedures in the Guest Service Department which facilitates all areas of a guest’s experience, including and not limited to pre arrive, during their stay, and post stay.

ACCOUNTABILITIES 

  • Prepare and follow Nightly Audit procedures 
  • Accountable for balancing all revenue sources and completing daily financial reports 
  • Preforming closing and opening daily system functions 
  • Adhere all to all Front Desk Policies and Procedures 
  • Provide Front Desk services during the nighttime hours 
  • Answer guests’ questions about the organizations and different offerings that would be available to them 
  • Assist guests onsite with any questions or bookings for future services

Qualifications

MINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS 

  • High School education or equivalent 
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word
