Required Education, Experience and Credentials:
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited occupational therapy program
- Successfully pass the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- OT licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative spirit and willingness to work as a team
- Passion for working with neurodiverse pediatric population
- Creative mindset for making sessions enjoyable for pediatric clients
- Competence with a variety of computer applications

Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Ability to receive training in, and implement, de-escalation skills for clients
- Ability to lift or carry 30 lbs unassisted
- Ability to work in a variety of active positions, including on the floor during played-based therapy
Travel Requirements
- Some travel within assigned region for training, meetings and supporting client coverage needs.
