Required Education, Experience and Credentials:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited physical therapy education program
- Successfully pass the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy
- PT licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for working with children with a variety of diagnoses
- Competence with a variety of computer applications
- Creative mindset for making treatment plans

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Able to receive training in, and implement, de-escalation skills for clients
- Ability to lift or carry 30-50 lbs
- Ability to work in a variety of positions, including on the floor during highly skilled, hands-on therapy
Travel Requirements
- Some travel within assigned region for training, meetings and supporting client coverage needs.
